Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 9 m2, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 26 (fenced 1 car). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
