San Antonio is the second largest city on Ibiza, sitting along a beautiful bay on the west coast of the island, and just 20 minutes drive from Ibiza town.

Despite having a reputation of being a party resort, San Antonio has another side. It's a charming, traditional and family friendly resort offering great shopping, markets, spa and wellness facilities and an array of watersports on its fantastic beaches.

San Antonio nightlife

In a nutshell, San Antonio was described by Time Out Magazine as "arguably the best clubbing capital of the universe". There are many clubs and lively bars along the beach and in town with the most populars being Es Paradis and Eden. The world famous Amnesia club, often frequented by celebrated DJs is also close by roughly half way between San Antonio and Ibiza town.

From dusk until dawn, San Antonio is buzzing with it's many cafes, bars and restaurants and even during the day, the beach clubs know how to throw a party with club music and cocktails!

San Antonio Beaches

The sandy bay of San Antonio is the local beach and offers an impressive array of watersports, beach clubs, cafes, bars and restaurants along the promenade.

Cala Tarida beach is also worth a visit - just 11kms away, its a lovely strip of talcum powder white sand that attracts tourists from across the island. All types of watersports are on offer with sailing, jetskis and scuba diving to name a few.

For a fun day out, Aguamar waterpark in Playa d'en Bossa is the largest in Ibiza and open from mid June until October and has many rides for adults and children. Ibiza's other waterpark, Agualandia in Talamanca, is smaller and more geared towards children.
