"Panoramica (REI230)", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Entrance hall with electric heating and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Large terrace roofed, small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the sea and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House "Panoramica". Above Costa Rei 1.5 km from the centre of Costa Rei, 16 km from the centre of Villasimius, 62 km from the centre of Cagliari, on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property, garden. Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 1.5 km.
