Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Bath/bidet/WC. Facilities: mosquito net, hair dryer. Beds made up on arrival.

Modern 2-family house "Nannini". 1.2 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, 1.3 km from the sea. Private: garden with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr., bicycles available (extra). Linen change weekly. House maid 2 times per week (included). Parking at the house.
