Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking (fenced) at the house.

1 km from Forte dei Marmi: Very large, cosy, comfortable single-family house, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees. In the resort Vittoria Apuana, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. Private: large, well-kept garden (fenced) flowers and trees. Outdoor shower. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning 2 times per week (included). Parking (for 2 cars, limited number of spaces) on the premises.
