Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, separate WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: mosquito net. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties.

House "Brankovi Dvori". 1.1 km from the centre of Prigradica, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Private: property 1'700 m2, swimming pool angular (24 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
