Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV. Dining room with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 160 - 300 cm with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 160 - 300 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 7 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
