Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating, forced-air heating. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Apartment block. In the centre of Rovinj, 200 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a pedestrian area. In the house: internet access. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Public parking 300 m. Shop 80 m, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 650 m, rocky beach 400 m, public bathing area 1 km. Please note: airfield 40 km from the property.
