Apartment house "Villa Alba". In the district of Punta 2 km from the centre of Umag, in a sunny position, 250 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: property 500 m2. Barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, pebble beach 250 m. Tennis 200 m. During ATP tournament 20.07.2024. - 28.07.2024., noise is possible.
