On the lower ground floor: 1 open room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 180 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
