Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room 18 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, terrace 90 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Parking at the house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Please note that the access to the exterior from the ground floor is uneven between 180cm-200cm. HUTG015127

Cau del Llop: First row from the sea single-family house "Villa Cassiopee". 1.5 km from the centre of Llançà, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea. Private: garden 450 m2 with trees.
