Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 Baths/showers. Natural stone floors. Porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Very beautiful, comfortable villa "Par4 Villa 24". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. Please note: baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 6 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
