Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Natural stone floors. Patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 850 m, bar 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop "TTOO TUI" 160 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 4 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 25 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 32 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
