For shared use: garden, swimming pool (10 x 20 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Public car park at 250 m, public parking on the road.
