Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

8. Bezirk: Apartment house "Auersperg". 500 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city. In the house: lift. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 400 m, public parking on the road. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket 20 m, restaurant, bar 130 m, café 60 m, pedestrian zone 1 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, tram "46 Auerspergstrasse" 200 m, bus stop "13A Piaristengasse" 170 m, underground station "U2, U3 Volkstheater" 400 m, park "Volksgarten" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Oper 1.5 km, Natur/Kunsthistorisches Museum 500 m, Parlament 300 m, Rathaus 550 m, MQ Museumsquartier 600 m, Palais Auersperg 200 m. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
